clean linen helpful staff prime location good food
the room was setup well. the linen had great quality. the check in lady was helpful. the location provides the best option. the food was very good, i thought.
the breakfast service was slow, i felt. staff preparedness could improve.

The breakfast was very delicious each morning. The staff at the hotel were very cute. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable.
The double bed was tiny that i had. I did not sleep well during the night. I was woken up at 8am by a cleaner blowing leaves outside.

Charming stay, small hiccup!

The room was beautiful and well laid out. Everything was presented beautifully. The bathroom had a large sink unit and a shower. Breakfast was good and filling. This I NEEDED that day.
I wished we had taken a smaller suitcase. There were quite a few stairs for us to climb, a bit difficult.

The annex room was very tidy and clean! the selection of beers and ales was great. I loved the food and the service was very nice! breakfast was excellent, it was a great experience!
